Hittner & Associates announced today that it is teaming with Alzheimer's Disease
Research , Doernbecher's Children's Hospital, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and
the American Cancer Society as its community focal points for 2009. As such, the
Hittner team focuses its charitable fundraising time and dollars on these valued
partners. The Hittner team encourages all organizations to choose a philanthropy
partner and work with them in 2009 and ongoing.
Oregon Housing and Community Services chooses Hittner & Associates for
critical project

Oregon Housing and Community Services has chosen Hittner & Associates to lead
its organizational change and business process improvement initiative. This
engagement follows two other successful business process change projects at
OHCS led by the Hittner team.
Hittner & Associates chosen for key leadership role in Oregon State Hospital
Replacement Project
October 26 , 2008
Hittner & Associates, in conjunction with its partner, FOX Systems of Scottsdale, AZ,
has been chosen to lead the Quality Control, Planning, and IV&V portion of the
Behavioral Health Integration Project. The three-year project is a cornerstone of
Governor Kulongoski's commitment to Health and Human Services in Oregon.
Hittner & Associates to provide Business Continuity Planning expertise for
Oregon DHS
September 19 , 2008
The Oregon Department of Human Services has asked Hittner & Associates to lend
its professional expertise on the Business Continuity Plan being developed for the
Oregon Medicaid Management Information System replacement project.
Hittner & Associates to provide additional project management expertise
August 22, 2008
The Oregon Department of Human Services has awarded Hittner & Associates a
key contract to provide additional project management services on the OR-KIDS
child welfare system project. The project, based in Salem, is scheduled for a 2010
go-live date.
Hittner & Associates to lead project for Oregon Judicial Department
July 15 , 2008
Hittner & Associates has been retained by the Oregon Judicial Department to
assemble a training curriculum for AS/400 Queries with OJD's key systems. The
one year project is scheduled for full completion in 2009.
Hittner & Associates awarded key contract with State of Oregon
June 9, 2008
The Oregon Department of Human Services has awarded Hittner & Associates a
key contract to provide Quality Assurance services on the Integrated Collections
Management (ICM) Project. The contract, which covers an 18-month period, carries
through the planned implementation date of December 2009.
Hittner & Associates to provide project coordination for largest Oregon project
June 4, 2008
The Oregon Department of Human Services has chosen Hittner & Associates to
provide project coordination services for the MMIS Enhancement Project. The
Project is Phase 2 of the MMIS Replacement Project, which is scheduled to go live
later this year.
Oregon Department of Human Services extends contract with Hittner &

The Oregon Department of Human Services has awarded Hittner & Associates and
its partner, FOX Systems, continuing work to provide quality assurance expertise on
the state's largest technology project, the replacement of the Medicaid Management
Information System (MMIS).
Hittner & Associates tabbed for to lead Oregon Health Records Project

Hittner & Associates has been contracted by the Oregon Department of Human
Services to lead a statewide initiative to create a centralized Health Records Bank,
linking private and public entities. H&A was chosen because of its solid expertise
in the Human Services field and outstanding record of service to the State of Oregon.
Oregon Department of Education partners with Hittner & Associates

The Oregon Department of Education has partnered with Hittner & Associates to
lead the USDA Technology Grant Project. The project, expected to last throughout
2008, is a key component to ODE's overall strategic plan.
Hittner & Associates wins prestigious professional services award
February 5, 2008
For the second time in three years, the Association of State and Local Agencies
(ASLA) has named Hittner & Associates its outstanding professional services firm
in the Western US in the "emerging small business" category. The current award is
for 2007 with H&A previously winning the award for 2005. The category covers
professional services firms with fewer than 200 employees.
The award is given to the firm that best exemplifies the highest quality in
value-added services to its clients. Firms are nominated by current or past clients
who worked with the nominated organization in the past year. The firms are also
judged on ethics criteria as well as contributions to the public sector in general.
